Way of working: Scan/read all three articles, make notes and determine the main points for each article. Then decide how you will synthesize the main points to make an essay, and decide on your thesis statement. Create your outline and write a rough draft. The last step is to refine the rough draft, and write the final essay.

• Do not forget referencing; use at least two different types of referencing in your essay, as you learned in class.

• Use your own words – copying is plagiarism.

• You can use your own ideas in your essay.

• Give yourself time to revise your rough draft. Use the assessment rubric (separate document) to help you.
