Term Project – Position Paper

Your term project assignment is to write an argumentative paper that supports and/or fails to support a position/perception that people    commonly have about the nature of gun violence. The paper should be between 5-7 pages long. Your paper will accomplish three tasks:   discuss the gun violence problem in America, identify and discuss one public policy of your choice that is an evidence-based solution       that can partially reduce the gun violence problem, and identify and discuss one public policy of your choice that does not reduce gun     violence. A conclusion in the paper should make clear what you argue is the single best solution to the gun violence problem in America     and why that is the case.
