In this Module 12 on Teams and Teamwork we will explore teams and team leadership both from the individual articles on teams.

 share  an example of one of the most successful teams you have been a member of and why you think the team was so successful.

Also share your individual experiences (if you have had them) of leading teams – the challenges you have faced as well as the successes.

After reading the article in the Course Materials folder on How Google Builds Highly Effective Teams, select one or two of their strategies that you want to try in the future and share how you might consider integrating them into team effectiveness.
