Staffing Retention in the nursing home

The project proposal is to increase staffing retention for my nursing home. The project should include the definition of the project and the method of approach such as data gathering. in addition, the project should include possible alternatives, conclusions, and final recommendations to improve the facility staffing.  Lastly, the project proposal should explain how this project will develop and communicate to the appropriate staff and managers.
