SOAP NOTE

This course is a Mental health course and this assignment is the clinical aspect of the course. Write a SOAP NOTE on a client who was seen via Tele-health for mental health illness. Attached is a sample soap note provided by the instructor with instructions on how she wants the SOAP NOTE to be writing so please take a thorough look at that file. Also I will be uploading the Rubric soon. Please follow the instructions and use the Rubric as a guide so a great paper will be the outcome of this order. Please keep in mind the instructor will submit the paper via TURNITIN to check for plagiarism, a score of 24% and below is acceptable.
