Risk Management

1. List 3 to 4 risks that are confronting Great Western Hospital and pick from these risks. eg. Economic Risk, HR Risk, Political Risk, Medical Risk, and Marketing Risk. 

 2. Hierarchize the risk from the biggest to the smallest risk and discuss how to solve each one. 

 3. Pick the risk you think is the best solution and discuss it. 

 4. Then analyze the risk you pick and come up with a solution you think is best. 

 5. Make a recommendation and based on the culture of the institution tell why you think they won’t do what you recommended. “This is a perfect solution but they will never follow it because………………
