Evaluate two of your areas of strength and two areas for development, in terms of your knowledge, skills or values relevant to effective communication. 2. Using literature, discuss how each of these communication strengths and areas for development is significant for ethical practice in your chosen profession. 3. Describe two strategies you will use to address your identified areas for development and improve your communication for future practice in your chosen profession.
