Working with your employer, or a new employer, you will identify a project that needs to be accomplished to enhance productivity, generate more revenue or otherwise enhance your place of work. Students will 1) identify all stakeholders in the project 2) solicit ideas and feedback from stakeholders 3) take a lead on project development 4) request (and document) feedback on the project from stakeholders 5) present the completed project to supervisor and stakeholder. Examples of projects could include: 1) time tracking and analysis 2) Implementing project status tracking 3) Developing a project management process 4) Communication strategies for remote workforce 5) Presentation on the Benefits of Implementing Kanban Cumulative Flow Diagrams
