Instructions
1. identify the potential occupational health hazard(s) and/ or the industrial hygiene-related hazard(s) (a maximum of 3) found in any workplace, such as manufacturing or construction and maintenance industries, etc. selected by the student; 2. discuss the factors to be considered in selecting an instrument and the errors to be encountered in measurements, such as concentration of pollutants, air impurities or toxic gases, etc. in the workplace; and 3. discuss how the hierarchy of controls can be applied for controlling the hazards as identified in the workplace.
