This term, you will be introduced to learning theories that are applicable in distance learning.

 Those theories include:

Behaviorism

Cognitivism

Constructivism

Community of Inquiry

Open Collaborative Learning

Connectivism

At a minimum, your journal should include:

A summary of each theory

The major theorist associated with the theory

At least two resources you can go back to for more information on the theory

Major questions you have about the theory

Things about the theory that you want to continue to think about.
