I have a speech about the topic “Friendly but not friends: how to build supportive supervisor-employee relationships without crossing the line.” Please read through the outline file to see an overview of my topic. I was assigned for this leadership application part. After reading the LMX concept (2 pdf files attached), I need you to write a script talking about those two factors that underlined (2&3) only.
