It’s important that the activities in the action plan accurately align with the objective, which addresses what is being recommended. I did not see that alignment with action plan 2. Please see more information in the paper below for both action plans. Secondly, the benchmarking tool for measure of results need more application of what metrics are going to be used to benchmark against other companies. The use of TQM need a little more explanation as well. Lastly, the conclusion was incorrect. See comment in the paper.
