“Net Neutrality” is the principle that Internet service providers should enable access to all content and applications regardless of the source, and without favoring or blocking particular products or websites. Some argue that allowing different service levels will incentivize increased infrastructure and content investment that improves the system for everyone. Others believe that it will cut off certain groups from access that they currently have.
