Factors affecting the delivery of police services

The manner is which police services are delivered to the public is affected by a number of different community and organizational factors. Except in the very small departments, units like patrol, investigations, and support services are housed in a separate units of the police organization, often referred to as divisions. There are several factors affecting the delivery of police services. Choose a division (patrol, investigations, 911, support services) and list and describe at least three (3) factors that would affect your chosen delivery of service.
