Case Report

Write the document in the form of a report prepared by the CEO to his Board of Directors. The report should provide an analysis of the company’s competitive environment, identify several potential strategic options, and make a recommendation. 

The write-up should be maximum 5 single spaced pages – 12 point font. The paper should be well written; it should be clear, compelling, and free of grammatical mistakes.
