The report must include a table of contents, 1-page executive summary (located at the beginning of the paper), and section at the end of the paper for citations and exhibits (refer to APA for proper formatting).
The analysis will include a company profile and address one significant organizational issue in depth for the selected company. The report must suggest how to resolve the issue based on the operational analytics concepts. Write the report/analysis in a manner that could be presented to senior leadership and used to convince leadership of the findings and to accept the recommendations. The preparation of this report will require considerable time.
It is recommended that to complete as much individual research as possible. Examination of documents such as annual reports will be necessary to determine the direction of the company and its results. Additional information may be secured through journals, personal interviews, newspaper articles, etc. Similarity must not exceed 20% and all similarities must be properly cited.
