Business plan + PowerPoint Presentation

i have two assessment one is business plan, and second, i have to make presentation on same plan and my deadline is till 23 oct 

1. business plan – 2500 words;

2. PPT – 10 minutes Narrated PowerPoint presentation (equivalent 1500 words);

regarding a topic: To be honest my teacher told us to choose something already existing by change little bit but i cannot think anything. Anyways, i like making dresses so i thought if i can choose wedding desses for multi culture weddings but if you can choose for me it will be good.
