If a company needed to raise money, discuss why they would choose to issue a Bond instead of issuing stock.  Discuss the pros and cons of such debt.  If you have ever purchased a government savings bond or know of someone that has, discuss how this is similar to a company issuing a bond.. Are there any differences that you can think of?
